    "Very poor behavior by their staff. They treat their customers very disrespectfully. I went to Rusi Backey , Chittoor purchased some items and paid through PhonePe. While I was leaving, a staff member came near my scooter and asked for payment proof, saying their phone speaker was not working. I understood the situation and showed the proof. A week later, I visited Rusi Bakery again (near Durgamma Temple, Chittoor) and bought some coconut cookies for children, paying ₹85 through PhonePe. Once again, while I was about to leave, they stopped me and asked for proof of payment with the same excuse. If their phone speaker doesn’t work, they can easily check whether the amount was credited or not using their phone.
