"I recently ordered a chocolate Italian cake from Ruro's Cake n Cafe, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The cake I received was not the chocolate cake I was expecting, but rather a cream cake with chocolate sprinkles (as shown in the attached picture). This was not acceptable, especially since I was looking forward to enjoying a authentic chocolate cake.To make matters worse, I was overcharged for the cake. The initial order was placed for approximately ₹283, but due to a payment failure, Zomato reordered the cake and I was asked to pay ₹446 in cash upon delivery. This pricing inconsistency was unexpected and unfair.I hope Ruro's Cake n Cafe takes my feedback seriously and improves their quality control and pricing transparency. Customers deserve to receive what they order, and accurate pricing is essential for building trust. I hope to see improvements in the future."
