Food isn't food if it isn't served with patience. At Royal Chinese and Mughlai, every ounce of it is made with such utmost patience that every bite tells a tale. While it's location certainly adds more vivid experience to the food, the food itself is in a league supreme of it's own.
Since it's sort of food stall, the rush seemed fair because of the taste. Situated along the Chota Imambada market line, they provide both indoor and outdoor seating facilities for their customers. The indoor capacity is for a well sophisticated party while the outside capacity is limitless. While the decorations are chosen not too fancy, but it was simplicity at it's best. With the view of the magnificent Chota Imambada at one hand and the Husainabaad Gate at the other, a true Nawabi experience is guaranteed.
They serve many items, from french fries to chicken fried rice, and every dish is in league of it's own. We tried the french fries as a starter and they were a delight. Adusted with the Chat Masala to balance the taste, it was irresistible with everybody gathered around.
The main and the star dish was the Chicken Roasted. The chicken was slowly roasted on burning flavoured coals to give it a distinct aroma while the marinated chicken was periodically coated with butter. This slow method was essential as it allowed the spicies to run deeper in the chicken and with the special flavour onions during serving, it made it rise to a whole new level. With tangy chutney on one side and some reliable company on the other, nothing could go wrong.
Eating at Royal Chinese and Mughlai isn't just a normal experience but it's a bonding among friends. It pulls together all the cards up the sleeves to make sure that once a customer returns, they've outgrown themselves.
