I recently stayed at royal Rajasthan resort Sikar and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of some staff members. I encountered rudeness/unprofessionalism from manager or staff member. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, the staff ignored requests, spoke rudely, showed a lack of professionalism. This negatively impacted my experience and made me feel unwelcome.
