I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Royal Nawab. I ordered chicken biryani, and to my shock, I found a safety pin inside the food. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious safety and hygiene concern — imagine if this had been swallowed accidentally! When I showed them the issue, the owner refused to accept responsibility and even accused us of adding it ourselves. This is highly unprofessional and deeply insulting. Food safety should be the top priority for any restaurant, and such incidents put customers’ health at serious risk. Sharing this review so others are aware and stay safe.
