Had the pleasure of dining at Route 187 last weekend. The atmosphere is cozy yet sophisticated, with soft lighting and very contemporary styled interiors with a modern touch. We were a family of 7 and it was one of our best culinary experiences. The food was bursting with flavour, with just the right balance and seasoning & freshness, with beautiful presentation of starters especially. We feasted on Conti, Indian and Chinese. The desserts were absolute showstoppers and personally curated by Mr Rony, the restaurateur. Light yet indulgent, the Pocoloco and the Pineapple Ecstasy were rich and decadent, the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Overall, great food and great place to hangout with plenty parking space, located on the highway – Route 187 is a hidden gem with an exceptional flavour. Highly recommend !
