This is one of my favorite budget hotels in Maharashtra so far. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony. A lot better than you typically get for ₹1000 these days. Staff are highly attentive and always willing to assist with whatever I need. This is the prevailing norm here; Roha has a top-notch customer service culture. The in-house restaurant (for hotel guests only) is very economically priced and serves delicious food, either downstairs or room service. I had the ₹160 paneer bhurji and ₹60 green salad for lunch. Two shortcomings: the city center location means traffic noise from the boulevard outside, with vehicles passing intermittently all night long. Also, the all-concrete building traps the day's heat, staying 26-27° inside the room even on cool winter nights. Service: 5
