I recently visited your restaurant during my trip to Tirupati, drawn in by the attractive images and positive impressions I saw online. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated.
Here are the key issues I encountered during my visit:
Unclean Premises: Almost all the sofas were visibly dirty, with children's footprints on them, and the tables were not properly cleaned. This left a poor first impression.
Unhygienic Washroom: The condition of the washroom was unacceptable and far from hygienic standards. It was one of the worst aspects of my visit.
Subpar Food Service: I ordered a soup expecting it to be served properly, but it arrived with the ingredients already mixed, contrary to the usual standard.
Unprofessional Behavior: When I raised concerns about cleanliness, the staff member cleaning tables dismissed my feedback by saying everything was clean and advised me to use another table if I was unhappy.
As a customer who was genuinely looking forward to dining at your establishment, this experience was disappointing. I sincerely urge your management to address these issues immediately to maintain your reputation and improve customer satisfaction.
