In today’s time, something as simple as QR codes on tables or basic table service would greatly enhance the experience. A café of this scale should feel relaxed and premium, not like a fast-food outlet where self-service is expected. Another concern is the staff behavior and training. The service felt inconsistent, and customers seemed to be treated differently, which doesn’t create a welcoming atmosphere.
