Horrible place to visit for celebrating a bday or anniversary Outside cakes are not allowed Further food quality and service have fallen below averageService was very slow Staff was not attentive Mezze platfer hummus was not good quality tasted like chutneyPizza was served coldInstead of kulcha they gave naan and when we asked where is kulcha they argues that kulca is just naan with some ajwain Complete crap place In 2025 we can get much better food and service

Awesome is the word when it comes to the new kid in town Roast CCX. Curated coffees and bakery items so fresh made our visit the best experience ever. Don't froget to try their chocolates and cakes all made in-house. Also do ask for a roastery trip in the first floor. You can experience first on the process of coffee and bakery. Extreme levels of quality and hygiene been maintained. With a private theater it makes an unforgettable visit to this cafe. Keep up the good work and your passion truly shows. Went to Roast CCX - Coffee & Culinary Xperience @ Banjara Hills for dinner, and what an incredible place this is! Spread across a massive 60,000+ sq. ft. space with a seating capacity of 500+ people, this café truly showcases how bustling and vibrant the Hyderabad cafe culture has become! Right from the entrance, you are greeted with a merchandise & book section, followed by an eye-catching counter displaying an irresistible spread of cakes, bakes, cookies, and more. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating and is designed across multiple levels, each with its own unique experience. Highlights include: 1) A private kitchen space for rent with a 20-seater private dining area, where you can bring your own chef or hire one, paired with a private theatre with state-of-the-art AV systems. 2) A dedicated baking floor with advanced equipment, serving all Roast outlets in the city – complete with croissant-making and cake-designing stations. 3) A coffee experience station and free café tour where they walk you through the world of coffee – a brilliant initiative to educate customers beyond just sipping a cup. What we ordered: Mutton Paya Shorba soup, Prawns Tempura with Wasabi Mayo, Mutton Pepper Fry (Kerala style), Honey Crispy Lotus Stem, Galouti Kebab, Roast Jerk Chicken with Herb Rice & Sautéed Vegetables, Japanese Chicken Katsu Curry, Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice. Desserts: Kunafa Pista Chocolate Box, Mixed Berry Cake. Every single dish was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The flavors were on point, and the presentation was equally impressive. The interior décor is exceptional, giving off both modern and cozy vibes. Valet parking adds to the convenience. Overall, Roast CCX is not just a café, it’s an experience – a must-visit in Hyderabad. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
