i had a very bad experience in rich cream because we ordered nonveg platter that has list of items and while serving one item was missed I asked to the waiter where is the remaining item in that time she was very rude and arrogant and she was so careless and coming to the food it was just average starters were little ok but the biryani was the worst this is my honest review ..! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Poor wash room maintainance...taste is ok..cleanliness is not up to base line marks....kitchen area is smelling to seating area near by .....need more staff...no parking management ..customers are parking at their wish had to take my vehicle removing others vehicles
