Travelling in train number 20476 from Ahmedabad to Bikaner, we have ordered 2 deluxe thali n one combo of Dal Rice, unfortunately this was the most disgusting food i have ever recieved. The Dal and vegetables were stinking so badly . that the cabin was full of smell of the stale food. we have called to the restaurant and they denied accepting this . shame on you guys you are charging whatever you want and making public fool by showing the lucrative packaging n all, but the basic thing you have missed to atleast provide a food that a person can eat and above all of it you are not accepting your fault. SHAME ON YOUi request to everybody to never ever order from this restaurant pls.

Very bad quality of food. I gave order via IRCTC and received food quality is very very bad, nobody can eat this. The persons selling food packets at station even are much better than the food provided by Retro Restaurant. I suggest never give order to this restaurant. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
