Resham Dhaba, Murthal — with Amrik Shukhdev overflowing with people, we looked for alternatives based on my past visits and chose Resham Dhaba; it offered a much calmer, more relaxed setting and prompt service. The food was good—fresh and well-presented—but the flavors could use a bit more punch and refinement, so there’s room to improve the taste to make it memorable. Overall, a solid, less-crowded option in Murthal if you want decent food without the long wait.
