Pathetic Service and Complete Disaster — Stay Away! Red Oven Bakery is an absolute joke when it comes to handling special orders. I placed my cake order three days in advance, gave them all the details, and trusted them for an important event. At the last minute, they casually told me their so-called “master baker” was unavailable — leaving me no time to make other arrangements. What they finally delivered was an insult — a horribly made, careless, cheap-looking cake that looked like it was thrown together by amateurs. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. They have zero commitment, zero responsibility, and clearly zero skill when it actually matters. They completely spoiled an important day for me, and honestly, they don’t even deserve to be called a “bakery.” Avoid Red Oven Bakery at all costs if you care even a little bit about your special moments.
