I recently order my food from Red chilli and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When my order of chili chicken arrived, I discovered not one, but two dead flies coated inside the dish. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant. I immediately informed the staff about the issue, but their response was far from satisfactory. They did not offer any sincere apology or adequate solution to address the situation. I have enjoyed dining at Red chilli in the past, but this experience has left me questioning whether I will return. I hope the management takes immediate steps to ensure such incidents do not happen again and improve their food safety practices.
