Ordered brisket after my daughter had been nagging me and we planned a trip to Cochin. Had the same delivered through a 3rd party service to the resort we stayed at man we loved it as a family. The meat was tender and the smoky aroma was a great appetiser in itself. Food: 5 Service: 5

Tried beef brisket for the first time in my life and fell in love with it! Definitely going back with more orders to Joel. He definitely knows what he's doing and loves what he does and that reflects in the food and the way he deals with customer! A totally happy experience with food and ordering. We ordered beef brisket and pork belly and the flavors and juicieness of the pork belly is still giving me drools when I think of it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The brisket was spot on. I’m American, and I’ve lived in Texas and Southwest for most of my life. The added BBQ sauce on the side was too vinegary to be American, but I liked it and it was something new for me. The light amount of sauce on the brisket itself, was perfect. There is a great place in Bangalore where you can get quality brisket like this called “Mackenna’s Smoked BBQ,” delivered, for 650INR that comes with veggies and the side sauce is better, so Rebbi’s is more expensive. However, Rebbi’s meat quality was better because it mixed quality protein and a small amount of fat into the whole product, which gives it a juicer flavor and texture. The is no wrong way to make meat like a brisket, but I found Rebbi’s to be more to my liking, abeit more expensive, too. Sorry Joel that I could stay and chat with you at all, but I was in a rush. Next time I’m in Kochi, I hope I can try the pastrami! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Brisket
