Ramsar Bakery near PMC is one of those classic Pune spots that never goes out of style. I tasted their mawa cake, veg puff and the Shrewsbury biscuits- everything was fresh, delicious, and pretty pocket friendly. It is not fancy, but that is the point. Fast service, old-timey feels, value for money. Ideal for snacking or some chai-time sweets. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!
