1. They charge on gross weight instead of Net weight of sweets. 2. Packaging is very poor. 3. Samrat and A1 Sweets is best as it's quality and packaging is too good. 4. Ramesh sweets neet to learn as A1 Sweets and Samrat sweets (Top sweet shop in town) charge on Net weight not the gross. 5. Behaviour towards customer is very poor. Ramesh sweets and cakes are well known place in ulhasnagar for all types of sweets and cakes, but the shop's staff is too rude and knowledgeless,. They don't know how to give respect to customers, even owners are careless fir this topic., I am requesting the owners please take this issue seriously and teach ur staff how to behave with customers.
