A visit to New Rajan da Dhaba was an extremely disappointing experience, and I'm honestly shocked by the high ratings this place has on Google. My recent visit was a stark contrast to what the reviews claim. The most glaring issue was the complete lack of hygiene. The plates we were given for our food were dirty—you could see smudges and residue on them. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was shockingly poor, which immediately made me question the quality and safety of the food being served. This concern was only amplified when the food arrived. The ingredients were of noticeably bad quality, from the oil used for cooking to the main components themselves. The paneer was particularly subpar, with a rubbery and unappealing texture. The taste of the food reflected the poor-quality ingredients; it was bland and uninspired. As for the service, it was extremely slow and inattentive. It felt like we were an afterthought, and getting even basic requests fulfilled was a struggle. In short, there is nothing positive I can say about this restaurant. It's a prime example of an overhyped establishment that fails to deliver on even the most basic standards of hygiene, quality, and service.
