1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience at The Raillicious I recently visited The Raillicious located in Mahagun Mart, Sector 78, Noida, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Ambience & Cleanliness:. The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained. Tables were not cleaned properly, and the floor looked unkempt. The overall hygiene level was disappointing — cutlery and glasses didn’t appear clean, which made the dining experience uncomfortable from the start. Air Conditioning & Comfort:. Despite being a closed setup, the air conditioning was not functional, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit and eat, especially during the humid weather. The staff mentioned it had been an ongoing issue, but no arrangements like fans or ventilation were provided. Service Quality:. The service was very slow and unorganized. After placing the order, it took unusually long for the food to arrive, and the staff seemed indifferent to customer requests. Even after multiple reminders, water and basic condiments were delayed. Food Quality:. While the concept of “Raillicious” sounds interesting, the actual food quality did not justify the hype. The dishes were lukewarm and lacked freshness — possibly because of the delay in service. Overall Experience:. The restaurant clearly needs better management, cleanliness, staff training, and maintenance. Poor hygiene, non-functional AC, and delayed service completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. The place has potential, but the way it’s currently managed makes it very hard to recommend. Cleanliness & Hygiene:. The restaurant was far from clean. Tables were sticky, the floor looked dirty, and even the cutlery didn’t seem properly washed. The overall hygiene was not up to basic dining standards, which immediately gave a bad impression. Comfort & Ambience:. The air conditioning wasn’t working, making the place extremely uncomfortable to sit in. The staff was aware of the issue but didn’t seem concerned about customer comfort. There were no fans or temporary arrangements to deal with the heat. Service Experience:. The service was extremely slow. Orders took a long time to arrive, and even simple things like water and napkins had to be asked for multiple times. The staff appeared disinterested and lacked coordination. Food Quality:. When the food finally arrived, it was not fresh and only moderately warm. The taste was average, and the delay made the overall dining experience unpleasant. Final Verdict:. The Raillicious really needs to focus on basic hygiene, faster service, and customer comfort. A restaurant’s atmosphere matters as much as its food, and currently, both are lacking here. The Railicious Last week, my friends and I went here and ordered chaap do pyaza with butter roti and vegetarian chilli garlic noodles. The taste was fantastic. The food was delicious. The atmosphere and service were very wonderful; you should visit with friends and family.
