Once again, no trip to Ahmedabad is complete without stopping at R.K. Omlet Centre. This is a busy, popular, well established location which now has expanded outdoor seating. There are many options on their menu and if you are not familiar with local egg dish names, it may be hard to choose. I would love to see a digital menu which shows pictures and ingredients in their dishes. You may have to ask the staff or the person at the next table for suggestions but if you are a fan eggs and egg dishes, you must visit R.K. Omlet Centre.
