I ordered Chocolate factory shake which has the description mentioned as topped with whipped cream and other toppings. The staff didn't inform that they don't have whipped cream available at that moment. And they quietly placed the shake in front of me thinking the customer is fool and had not read the description. On questioning they told that their bakery chef is not available. Totally dishonest staff in such a big restaurant. They should have informed everything at the time of taking the order instead of making the customer fool. At the billing time they gave 15% discount but when we paid through Swiggy Dineout using their additional offer so the staff members cancelled their discount and asked us to pay the amount seperately through UPI for the discount that restaurant offered to us. Highly disgusting experience with the staff of such a big restaurant. Also, the lights are so dim that you have to use a flashlight to see the menu during the daytime. Seats are not comfortable.
