    Dear Ma'am,we totally understand your disappointment, but the cake was handed over to the delivery boy in immaculate condition with extreme care, it's the delivery boy who has mishandled or rash driving that could have caused this issue. Even though had we been informed yesterday and given back to us we would have certainly provided you the solution.We are again very sorry for the inconveniences caused.Thank you for letting us know about the issue.
