I bought a cake today from Quality Bakers for my wife’s birthday, but when I reached home I found it broken and damaged. This was a very special occasion, and it was quite upsetting to see the cake in that condition. What disappointed me most is that the staff didn’t inform me about the damage at the time of purchase. If I had known, I could have chosen another cake. Customers deserve honesty and proper quality checks, especially for important events like birthdays. I hope Quality Bakers improves their quality control and transparency so that this doesn’t happen to others in the future.
