Prime location, good hall, but it's too congested for even a birthday party, and dining hall was not even fitted with washing, no chairs , even elders have to stand and eat, even though it's buffet menu, still they should have place atleast for the elders to sit. Otherwise it's ok for a crowd of 100. Service: 4

The name of the place Quality Inn Sabari Grand doesn't suit for a hotel like this, I couldnt find any kind of quality in the services or premises, it's an old untidy building where no regular maintenance is done, and the service and behavior of each and every staff is extremely disappointing, it's the right time for the management to shut this down and rectify the mentioned issues and reopen with a better atmosphere and ambience. so that the guest who are coming here doesn't suffer all these difficulties. It seems like a BAR hotel and I believe that all BAR will open in Chennai by sharp 11am, but what I could see here is that they didn't open the BAR even when we requested to open it at 12.30pm. Such an irresponsible behavior and attitude from the reception and restaurant manager, I will not recommend any one to visit this place for any reasons. Service: 1
