Qissa Coffee House is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. Designed with a beautiful blend of Japanese and English aesthetics, the café carries a warm, cozy mountain vibe that feels perfectly at home in Himachal. The interiors are thoughtfully detailed, with immense effort reflected in every corner, and the use of a local material palette adds authenticity and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape. The natural textures and earthy finishes make the space feel rooted, warm, and inviting. The food is equally delightful — the fresh bakes are exceptional, from the breads and burger buns to the cookies and cakes. The pasta and other snacks are flavourful and comforting, while the refreshing iced teas are perfect alongside the mountain air.The chicken burger remains my favourite and is a must try for all! Ria is doing an exceptional job in making everything from scratch, she pours her heart and soul in everything that she creates. The coffee is wonderfully aromatic, rich without being overpowering, and has that comforting warmth that makes you want to slow down and savour every sip. Sitting amidst the cozy interiors with a cup in hand feels less like a café visit and more like a quiet mountain retreat. A beautifully designed space, rooted in its context and paired with heartfelt food and drinks — Qissa coffee house is an experience as much as it is a café. Always look forward to revisiting! Had such a great time here! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish we tried was packed with flavor. The desserts were the real stars of the show—so good that we were talking about them long after we left! The cozy vibe, friendly staff, and amazing treats made the whole experience special.
