The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The spectacular service is something these restaurateurs care about. Good toddy shop to have chilled toddy along with tasty side dishes. Meals at afternoon is also available. The ambiance is not that much great, but the taste of the food will compensate that. I wouldn't rate this as a top notch toddy shop but it gives you a decent traditional shaap experience. The food is well cooked, very flavourful with the spicy masalas. I tried mashed tapioca (Kappa) with pork and fish curry (mulakittath). The fish curry was amazing with the right amount of Malabar tamarind and chilly. The pork was tender and spicy. Actually I ordered 3 plates of pork, back to back. I had two glasses of toddy which were served cold. I can't tell you how authentic it was but it didn't mess up my tummy. And cold toddy is always a savoury drink. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹1–200 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Alot of parking but the entrance is narrow.
