This restaurant owner is incredibly egotistical. I informed him that I was encountering difficulties with UPI and requested change to pay cash. However, he insisted on upfront UPI payment only. Eventually, he agreed. Yet, when the delivery arrived, I requested change, only to be met with refusal and subsequent blocking. This behavior is utterly foolish and unacceptable. I cannot comprehend what is amiss with this egotistical individual. Such conduct reflects poorly on customer service. I vow to never patronize this establishment again
