According to the guests' comments, Chinese and Italian dishes here are quite nice. Being at Punjab Province - Hyatt Regency Amritsar, taste nicely cooked kulcha, mushrooms and chicken tikka. Musicians perform live music in the evening. The staff is said to be gracious here.

Briyani was not upto the mark . It has to be well layered . Either briyani was street styled or the chef . Pathetic . Not a 5 star valued . May be some fast food restaurant chef is hired .
