The staff at Pumpkin Restaurant are friendly and professional. The food served is good and their speciality dish, Alfam chicken/charcoal chicken, is particularly delicious. The restaurant also has two banquet halls, one AC and one non-AC, that can be used for small events like weddings and birthday parties. The wheelchair accessibility to the hall is an added plus point.
However, the quality of food needs to be improved. There are also reports of poor service from some customers. Additionally, the washroom facilities need to be improved.

Restaurant have nice ambience and all.Even service is also good.But i didn't felt the quality of the food wow or superb. it's just ok or we can adjust

The worst restaurant and stay i ever had..there is no generator at the hotel. Always there is power-cut and we have to adjust and sleep with that. We have to call them for literally every thing .. no working ac. There is no cleaning at the room also.. if we call and ask them to clean just sweep through the floor and leave and if we ask them to chnge sheet. The room boys will ask then either to change room or this is not done. There is not basic facilities available and still they charge very much..so please dont opt for this hotel.. or dnt gv any advnc paymnt.. you can get some other stay near by Service: 1
