I order from Pritam fast food quite often. The South Indian dishes are fairly good. The chatni & saambar that is served along with the food is good but the saambar is on the sweeter side. I ordered only puris once to have with home made shrikhand & to my horror most of the puris were under fried & hence undercooked. I could smell the raw wheat flour when taking a bite of the puri. I had to make them edible by placing them on a tava to cook the flour properly and be able to eat them. The present problem is that the restaurant has no competition in Goregaon East area as there is almost nothing else. Due to this monopoly the restaurant takes the customers for granted. They are aware that they will keep getting business as customers have no option.
