I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this bakery. The hygiene standards are alarmingly inadequate. I personally witnessed the staff member responsible for preparing and packing samosas leave the premises to relieve himself across the road and then return to handling the food without washing his hands. This demonstrates a severe lack of basic sanitation and poses a serious risk to customer health.In addition to the unhygienic food handling, the behaviour of the person at the billing counter was equally unacceptable. His attitude was extremely rude, as though he was doing customers a favour by allowing them to purchase sweets from the shop. Such unprofessional conduct creates a very unpleasant atmosphere.Overall, this establishment shows little regard for customer safety or service. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and avoid this bakery until both hygiene practices and staff behaviour are significantly improved.
