We have been Club Marriott and Marriott Bonvoy members for the past six years and are frequent visitors to Prego. During our visit on 17th Nov 2025, we ordered multiple dishes, and unfortunately, the spinach arancini balls were not satisfactory. Our server, Mr. Thakur, was extremely polite and helpful. He attempted to convey our feedback to the chefs, but the chef declined to come to our table. No one from the culinary team approached us, and we observed that they were engaging only with foreign guests while ignoring regular Indian patrons. Such unprofessional and dismissive behaviour from the chef is disappointing and does not reflect the standards we expect from Westin or the Marriott brand. As guests who visit 2–3 times every month, this experience has left a negative impression. Once our Club Marriott membership expires, we are unlikely to continue with Westin Garden City, nor will we be recommending it to others.
