Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a very poor experience at Hotel Preeti, Swargate. The chicken biryani was of extremely low quality and did not justify the price of ₹350 in any way. The rice was poorly cooked, the chicken lacked freshness and taste, and the overall preparation was unacceptable. Frankly, the quality was far below basic expectations — even food served during a train journey offers better value and taste than what was provided here. This reflects a serious lapse in kitchen standards and quality control. If immediate corrective action is not taken, especially with regard to the chef and food preparation, this will inevitably impact the hotel’s reputation and customer trust. No business can sustain itself with such declining standards. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place until there is a clear and visible improvement in food quality. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
