Very pathetic service. They didn't prepare the food for half an hour. Zomato guy waited for a long time. If they are preoccupied, they should not take the orders. Never going to order from Pratape Foods again.

Sir, I'm the only loser in this transaction. I didn't get my money back till date. Didn't get the food too and hassle to go out to get the food.
