New area for me and this place has lot of small eateries to explore. Started my account with Alm Pranavam restaurant at South mada street, Thiruvanmiyur. The wheat upma aka kodhumai Rava upma was very good with lots of veggies. The cholapoori was pretty big and the chenna served along was a bit tangy and less in masala. More like homemade stuff. The chutney and sambar were decent too. We went again for breakfast and had podi dosai and poori. Podi dosai while taste was good it was a bit thick and uncooked in the edges. On informing they changed it and also informed that one can request for the crispy ones while ordering.

Upma, cholapoori and a sambar vadai summed up to 110 bucks. Given the taste and quantity it's absolute VFM.
