In the scorching heat of May–June or the sticky humidity of July–August, when you’re roaming through the narrow, crowded streets of Haridwar—with the ladies shopping like there’s no tomorrow, kids riding on your shoulders, and shopping bags in both hands—spotting a banner that says “World Famous Prakash Lok Lassi” honestly feels like finding an oasis in the Sahara. The first sip of their lassi was pure bliss—thick, creamy, sweet, and topped with a generous layer of malai. Normally, I’d feel guilty about all those calories, but after walking miles carrying kids and bags, it felt like divine nectar running down my throat. Their kulfi faluda? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Plus, they’ve got an upstairs sitting area where you can catch your breath and enjoy the food away from the chaos of the street below. A place that’s truly worth the hype! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
