"Avoid Prabha bakery at all costs! The owner's behavior was unacceptable, and the lack of basic customer service was appalling. They even instructed staff not to provide bags for small purchases. If it is a small purchase or big purchase the customer should be respected.... I strongly recommend don't go there...Unbelievable and unprofessional. Definitely won't be returning. Worst experience in my life...Now they are "Claimed not to use plastic bags, but witnessed staff providing covers to customers with larger purchases. This inconsistency raises concerns about transparency and trustworthiness. How can we trust their products when they don't practice what they preach? Prabha Bakers, I'm extremely disappointed in your business practices. Your actions speak louder than words, and unfortunately, they're saying you prioritize bigger spenders over all customers. Disappointing and frustrating experience."

We are really sorry to hear about this unfortunate incident you had with us. Please understand that we are no longer authorised to use plastic carry bag that is found harmful for the environment and the alternative is we provide bio Carry bags to customers for a charge of 2rupees. Please understand that we try to provide our customers with most reasonable price, so we have not added this packing cost to our items so that people who bring cloth bags can take advantage of cost and to people who are still needing a carry bag can buy bio carry bags from us for a price of two rupees. Please consider using a big cloth bag for future purchases and save the planet
