Nice hotel in Vellore at a very strategic location. Went there on a weekend trip. Early checkin/late checkout was pretty restricted. Finally the reception agreed to 1 hour late checkout. We were however able to keep our bags in the concierge service and the lobby was good , the common restrooms were also very clean. The room with king size bed was very nice. It was indeed king sized and quite comfortable. The room also had a nice sofa , desks and cleanliness was great. Toiletries were pretty good and proved to be useful. Complementary drinking water was also provided. The food in buffet breakfast had a decent spread, but the taste somehow lacked the quality of a high end hotel. In room dining was also a bit slow and the food taste was barely average. Service: 5

Had a good stay in Benzz. Pros: - Complimentary Breakfast Buffet. Plethora of dishes & the best part is that everything tasted good. South Indian, North Indian, English breakfast etc... - Terrace swimming pool which is very well maintained. - Sauna was good. SPA was under renovation. - Customer Service - Cleanliness overall Cons: - Room sizes can be bigger. - Main door & Washroom doors were so tight (to auto close) but it will be tough for kids & Senior Citizens. - Tariffs can be reduced a bit citing the competition in this market. Service: 4

Hello there, This is my first time here in Hotel Benzz Park. We travelled from Bangalore. Our experience was really good. - First of all the tariff was reasonable - they have reasonable varieties of multi cuisine dishes which are super yummy (had dinner and breakfast) - Staff members here are very patient and humble. Services provided by them are okish. - The ambience is warm and welcoming. Their rooms are pretty good as well. There aren't any cons except prompt response from staff was not as expected which is understandable on a weekend evening, but could be better Overall we had a good experience here. Highly recommended
