Worst service!! Have been there so many times before, but today was the worst and will be our family's last visit ! The person there has no manners ever. Does not know how to talk to customers. Went there today to buy snacks and pastries. But they didnt want to serve us. One of them was extremely rude. When I asked him if the other pastries were finished, he didnt answer, just looked away. I had to repeat the question once more, so the arrogant staff understood that he had to have the basic courtesy of answering to customers. Next when I asked if the last piece of dark forest patry was fresh. He again answered rudely. But I noticed large finger marks on the pastry. Later we had few items picked and asked this person what a particular laddu was made of, to which he blatantly answered in loud voice, the name of the laddu, "Dinku Laddu" ,which was already written there!! Dinku what?! Our question was "what is it made of" !! He didnt answer, just looked away! I assume that person had either eaten too much for the day and wasnt intrested in performing his job, or was not in the right state of mind. Anyhow, he disrespected and acted very rudely, hence we had to walk away, because who would want to give business to such people! And just as we left and got into our car, I noticed the same person picking the pastries with his bare hands and placed them back in! No hygiene whatsoever! That also explained those finger marks I had seen earlier! I silently thanked God for saving from eating those pastries. Can only imagine what else that arrogant person had touched before he touched those pastries with his BARE HANDS! Food authorities must visit this bakery atleast once! Hygiene is in question. AND the staff does not answer basic question to know about basic ingredients- as to what went into making it. We drove to the other Popular which is opposite to the KSRTC bus stand and purchased from there. The lady and staff at that store were courteous and polite. We found the SAME laddu here too, we asked the same question and this staff politely answered us. That is all it took! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
