Popeyes and Dominos are now in the same building. Dominos have moved here from across the road. At first glance the ambience seems to be much better here. Even when Dominos first opened across the road it seemed a bit lack lustre and as time went on it just got even more dated. This new branch is a welcome change. Now Popeyes is a new venture of the Jubilant company. Ordering is thru an app or an interactive screen. I am not sure if you can order at the counter. Although I managed fine, there wasn't anyone to help, like there is in KFC and Burger King. There doesn't appear to be any special offers for using the app. If there was, it was not openly advertised as it is in Burger King. I tried the Hot & Messy Smoky Pepper chicken. One piece costs Rs130 and two pieces cost Rs260. One piece was an average size the other piece was small. I think if I had placed two individual orders of one piece each then I would have got two average pieces. I don't think they would dare serve the small piece as an individual serving. I don't know what they achieve by doing this, it just means I may place individual orders which result in more work for the staff. Taste wise, it was good, I don't think it was hot and smoky taste, it was more of an spicy barbeque flavor. Maybe the staff screwed up, who knows. As I said, if you forget the name, it tasted good. I wouldn't say it was the best thing I've ever tasted but it was definitely worth tasting. There doesn't appear to be any free water for the customer. As I said, only complaint is screwing the customer on the second piece of chicken. As always this was my experience and YMMV. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I had heard a lot about this place before, so I decided to try it when it opened in Thrissur. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered their combo broasted chicken, but it turned out to be underwhelming with a plain taste that lacked any extraordinary flavor. On the positive side, the staff was courteous, and the service was good. The restaurant has ample seating capacity, making it comfortable for dining in. Additionally, the location is convenient, with Popeyes and Domino's nearby, and parking facilities are available. They also accept both online and cash payments, which is a plus. However, the combination of bland food and high prices failed to meet my expectations, perhaps because I had high hopes and cravings going in. Overall, while the service and facilities were commendable, the food left much to be desired. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
