Authentic Punjabi Paratha dishes are not available. They provide paratha with chinese stuff. Missing lot of curd, butter, butter milk etc. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

I had a terrible experience at Pondy Parottas. I ordered Mutton Thengapaal Salna (₹370) and Party Pack Ambur Biryani (₹1220), and both were a disaster. The food was clearly cooked for lunch and served at dinner—stale, lacking freshness, and barely warm. The biryani was dry, and the mutton dish had no flavor. To make things worse, the service was horrendous. The staff behaved as if they were doing us a favor, with zero hospitality or courtesy. It felt like we had walked into a charity kitchen rather than a restaurant. For the premium price they charge, this level of food quality and service is absolutely unacceptable.
