Very bad experience! Organized birthday party, 40 people approx. and only 1 staff to serve all. Promised 3 drinks but mostly served only coke and in the ugly 100 ml glasses. 5 snacks but served only 4. But the key point is only one person serving 40. No seasoning, no sausage, no cutlery on the table before serving pizza or pasta. Guests kept waiting for that one person to serve. Maybe it's their greed and incompetence, who don't know how to serve in the hotel industry. Spoiled the mood! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am sitting at this place and what they show and what they serve is completely different. I ordered wood fire pizza which was shown as to be served in box with tandoor charcoal. But they served us cold pizza on some tray. Then we ordered sizzlers, the noodles were like street ones and the manchurian was similar to what is served in marriage catering. We were not served any cutlery nothing. The mango drink had too pungent smell of mint. The ambience was even more pathetic. Flies were roaming around and tasting our food with us. My husband had to left his shake because he did not feel like disturbing flies from drinking shake. It was my husband’s birthday and they ruined the whole mood. Worst place and worst service. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
