Fly was there, nothing in the menu we ordered and the best part the girl on the counter did not understand any thing from the order.after 10 mm inta of placing order and wasting time we were informed only cold coffee is available.... Very bad experience! Organized birthday party, 40 people approx. and only 1 staff to serve all. Promised 3 drinks but mostly served only coke and in the ugly 100 ml glasses. 5 snacks but served only 4. But the key point is only one person serving 40. No seasoning, no sausage, no cutlery on the table before serving pizza or pasta. Guests kept waiting for that one person to serve. Maybe it's their greed and incompetence, who don't know how to serve in the hotel industry. Spoiled the mood! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
