I had visited this bakery on 09-09-24 for sweet purchase. Total bill was around 800 rs . When I asked staff for the bill to check the price surprisingly she became angry and start behaving very badly and rudely . When I reported to the shop owner even he was not bothered to listen to customer voice . Just focusing on money and sales .its completely against consumers rights.Very rubbish service and food quality is very cheap , i strongly recommend Mattam bakery instead of going to this polar bakery . Mattam bakery is very closed to this bakery , approx 50 meters. The lady staff had no name tag so I could not pick the name , she is brown girl . Why i mentioned specifically about her because there are other lady staff who is working over there and blame shouldn’t go to her . Hi Nikhil, Thank you for your review. Each product was selected by you and our staff calculated as per MRP and told you the total amount. But for some reason you were in disbelief. You had asked them to calculate again, which they did in front of you. You never asked for the bill. If asked it would have been provided. Yes you did come to me and I assured you that I will check and I did it. Not sure what’s the bad review about. Polar and Popular are institutions in Kuravilangad and are known for the highest quality of customer service and interactions which have ensured the longevity of the business for 60 plus years together. Regardless, sorry for the inconvenience caused as we want to uphold the dictum that the consumer is always right. We hope you give us another chance to serve you better. Thank you.
