Visited Pol Kholi because had a wonderful experience at The House of MG earlier, but it was a complete disaster. Although the property was wonderful, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. And there is also no inside sitting, so a BIG NO to visit in Monsoon. We specially went there to experience it, but the staff made us feel like we had made a big mistake. I've never seen such rude staff anywhere. Truly disappointing! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
