Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several significant shortcomings in both service and communication. Despite our anticipation for an enjoyable dining experience, we encountered multiple issues that left us feeling frustrated and disrespected.
Firstly, one of the starters we ordered was excessively spicy, rendering it inedible. Despite bringing this to the attention of the wait staff, no alternative was offered, leaving us with an uneaten dish on our table.
Additionally, we were taken aback when presented with the bill without being given the opportunity to order main courses. The wait staff informed us that they could not accept further orders due to closing time, yet this limitation had not been communicated to us earlier in the evening. As a result, we left the restaurant with empty stomachs, feeling neglected and undervalued as customers.
As someone who values quality service and hospitality, I found this experience to be entirely unacceptable. Even street vendors demonstrate more courtesy by confirming final orders before closing. The lack of consideration shown by their staff reflects poorly on the restaurant's reputation and pricing.
