Great restaurant we spent lot of good time here since it was my first and last date it was a quite memorable place for me , even in the losing cost. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

We booked the Valentine’s Day “Play Bae Café” package and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. We reached at 7:20 PM and were left unattended until 8:00 PM. No one came to our table to explain the package, engage with us, or even acknowledge that we had booked a special Valentine’s event. We were attended to only after we went and complained. That itself says a lot about the management. The board games and art activities mentioned in the package were never introduced or suggested to us. There was absolutely no coordination or involvement from the staff. We were simply left sitting at the table with no direction. To make it worse, the dessert included in the package was never served. For an event priced at ₹1499 per couple and marketed as a curated Valentine’s experience, this level of negligence is unacceptable. It felt like no one cared about delivering what was promised. Very poorly managed and highly disappointing. Definitely not the special evening we were promised. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
