Awful service. Order hasn't been delivered in 1 hour 30 minutes. Restaurant has their phone switched off. Zomato agent ended chat on my face without any resolution. Worst experience ever. Very unethical and disappointing practices by the restaurant and Zomato. I'm calling it a fraud.
