This is one of the best Italian food places in surat. The ambience is nice and simple and welcoming, the tables are evenly laid out so it doesn’t even feel congested and the lighting is also nice. Coming to the food, I had 2 pizzas there and Tiramisu. Burrata Pizza - it became my instant favourite pizza. The crust was just perfect and it had good amount of cheese and burrata felt fresh and creamy and the arugula and pesto gave it a nice fresh kick, it all summed up to a perfect pizza. Fiery Piri Piri Paneer Pizza - this was also really really amazing. Had good amount of toppings and a nice spicy kick. I felt the paneer felt a bit dry. And the crust felt a bit drier on this one. But it tasted really amazing. Classic Italian Tiramisu - this was one of the best tiramisu I’ve had. It was perfectly soaked up in coffee and you can see it drip when you take a spoonful out of the plate. And it had a great balance of the coffee and the cream layer. Not too sweet and not too bitter, they made it just perfect! I just wish it had more quantity, felt it was bit small in size. The served 2 dips with pizza, one was most probably ranch and other one was a spicy-sweet jam type consistency sauce, both tasted really good and complimented the pizza in a great way. I really loved their service and the staff, they were really friendly and helpful. Also they asked feedback when we left and gladly accepted my complaint about the crust being a bit long and hard than other places. this tells they’re ready to listen and not boast that they’re the best, so felt it was good.
