WORST experience ever with Pizza Hut.They took my money — no pizza, no apology, nothing. This has happened MULTIPLE times, and every single time their excuse is the same:“We’ll refund you in 4 days.”Really? I ordered food, not a financial investment.What kind of joke is this? Your app is broken, your service is a disaster, and your customer care is useless.I’m DONE with Pizza Hut. You’ve mastered only one thing — taking money and giving ZERO in return.
